Budget & Reporting Specialist

MINDPICKED is a new generation recruitment firm providing companies solutions in their search for talent, and talents opportunities who wants to reach their potential.We specialize in middle and senior management recruitment in various sectors and countless job functions.We are looking for a Budget & Reporting Specialist for our multinational retail company.ResponsibilitiesPreparing business plan, budget and forecast studies of the company;Strong knowledge of IFRS/TFRS and local GAAP;Preparing the monthly P/L, budget vs. actual comparison analysis;Monitoring and analyzing indirect & fixed cost;Making review of monthly closing process (Financial Management Controls);Preparing monthly closing reports on a timely basis;Preparing monthly performance reports for the top management;Expediting ad-hoc requests for financial analysis from different stakeholder.QualificationsHaving a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field with successful academic record,4-5 years of similar experience in a related position,Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management,Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels,Self-confident professional, who possesses strong interpersonal skills along with sound leadership capabilities,A highly motivated team worker, decision maker and initiative taker in planning and organizing various work assignments.
