In this role, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, perform detailed variance analyses, and collaborate closely with relevant departments to provide actionable financial insights that support strategic planning and business growth.What do we expect from you?Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting; accounting background is preferred.Good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS/TMS).Proficiency in English (written and spoken).Strong analytical thinking skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.What will you do when you join us?Lead the preparation and coordination of annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and long-term planning processes.Conduct variance analysis by comparing actual financial results against budget and forecast figures, and provide insights on key deviations.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, and present financial results in a clear and concise manner.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination throughout budgeting and reporting processes.Drive the standardization, improvement, and digitalization of reporting processes.Prepare and consolidate financial statements in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS/TMS).Manage group-wide budgeting, long-term forecasting, and consolidated reporting processes.Your personal data is shared with our company, Hesap Bilgi Hizmetleri ve Teknoloji A.Ş., as the data controller, in order to carry out the recruitment process.
