Driven by a strong focus on people, technology, innovation and operational excellence, Çelebi continues to shape the future of aviation services in Türkiye and globally.We are looking for a Finance professional to join our team and play an active role in driving business performance through financial analysis and insights.In this role, you will be responsible for:Lead and support monthly closing, financial analysis, and reporting processes.Analyze actuals vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods; identify key variances and business drivers.Monitor financial and operational KPIs, profitability.Review financial statements and IFRS adjustments.Prepare management reports and ad-hoc analyses for senior management and stakeholders.Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, digitalization, and AI adoption in finance.What we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field3-4 years of experience in budgeting & reporting, controlling, management reporting or auditPreferably 2-3 years of Big Four audit experience followed by in-house finance experienceStrong knowledge of financial statements and IFRS/TFRSAdvanced Excel skills; experience with SAP/SAP CO is a plusExperience with Oracle Hyperion or similar planning & reporting tools is a plusStrong analytical, problem-solving and business partnering skillsFluent EnglishCurious about AI, automation and new-generation finance technologies
