This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, identifying variances, and working closely with departments to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines. Also supports informed decision-making by providing accurate, timely financial insights to senior management and contributes to effective financial planning and reporting. Monitor, control, and analyze the organization's budget to ensure adherence to financial goals and maintain budgetary discipline across all departments. Prepare reports for management to provide senior management with insights on financial performance to support decision-making. Collect financial data and prepare budget reports to ensure accurate, up-to-date financial information is readily available for analysis and reporting. Review financial performance to identify and address variances between actual and budgeted performance, ensuring financial targets are met. Work Closely with departments to ensure compliance with budgetary limits to foster collaboration across departments, ensuring expenditures stay within allocated budgets. Assist with financial reporting to support accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Requirements 1-2 years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or accounting. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong knowledge of financial principles.
