Role Description The Director role at Enpal is a full-time, on-site position based in Elbasan. The Director will oversee strategic planning and execution for local operations, ensuring alignment with Enpal’s vision for innovative, decentralized energy systems. Daily responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing key projects and initiatives, driving operational efficiency, and monitoring performance metrics. The Director will collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, optimize processes, and support the implementation of Enpal’s integrated energy solutions in the region. This role also involves stakeholder management, including coordination with partners, customers, and regulatory bodies, while fostering a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.QualificationsProven leadership experience in energy, technology, or infrastructure sectors, with a track record of managing teams and complex projects.Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills, including experience in developing and executing operational and business strategies.Solid understanding of renewable energy, grid infrastructure, or smart energy systems; experience with solar, storage, or related technologies is an advantage.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory authorities.Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, optimize processes, and drive performance improvements.Relevant academic background, such as a degree in engineering, business, energy management, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.High level of integrity, commitment to sustainable practices, and readiness to work on-site in Elbasan.Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are beneficial.
