Budget Planning & Financial Analysis Analyst (UAE National)

A confidential government entity in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Budget Planning & Financial Analysis Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making by providing financial insights, budget analysis, and performance monitoring within a dynamic government environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.Monitor budget utilization and analyze variances against approved budgets.Conduct financial and operational analysis to support business decisions.Prepare management reports, presentations, and financial dashboards.Assist in developing financial models and forecasting scenarios.Track expenditure trends and identify opportunities for efficiency and optimization.Support periodic financial reporting and performance reviews.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate financial data.Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and financial controls.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.Experience with financial analysis, data interpretation, and performance measurement.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
