Its expertise includes SCADA systems, PLC-based automation, advanced monitoring solutions, and water treatment technologies, supporting efficient and safe operations across diverse facilities.Role Description The Building Management System Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Saudi Arabia, responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining building management systems across commercial, industrial, and governmental facilities. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing project specifications, developing BMS architectures, integrating HVAC, lighting, and other building services, and ensuring system performance, safety, and energy efficiency. The engineer will participate in system installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting, working closely with project managers, technicians, and client representatives to resolve technical issues and optimize system operations. The role also involves preparing technical documentation, conducting system tests, providing training to end users, and coordinating with facility management teams to support ongoing maintenance and upgrades.Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Building Management and Building Services for complex facilities, including integration of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.Hands-on experience with Building Management Systems and related Management Systems, including configuration, monitoring, and performance optimization.Knowledge of Facility Management (FM) principles, with the ability to collaborate with FM teams to support preventive maintenance and operational continuity.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, or a related technical field.Experience with automation and control technologies (e.g., SCADA, PLCs, field instrumentation) in building or industrial environments.Ability to interpret engineering drawings and control schematics, and use relevant design and configuration software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and quality.Effective communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency and prior experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region are beneficial.Willingness to work on-site at customer facilities and travel within Saudi Arabia as required.
