Building Management System Operator

Must have experiences in Siemens Desigo CC BMS system. Role DescriptionThis role is responsible for monitoring, operating, and optimizing building management systems (BMS) to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable facility operations. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing HVAC, lighting, and other integrated systems through the BMS interface, responding to alarms and system alerts, and coordinating with maintenance teams to resolve technical issues. The operator will perform routine checks, document system performance, support energy efficiency initiatives, and collaborate with facility management to plan preventive maintenance. The role also involves adhering to safety standards, reporting incidents, and maintaining accurate operational records.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in Building Management and Building Management Systems, including monitoring, control, and optimization of integrated building systems.Candidates should possess skills in Management Systems and Facility Management (FM), with the ability to coordinate with facility teams and support operational procedures.Candidates should possess skills in Building Maintenance, including basic troubleshooting, understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, and support of preventive maintenance activities.Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, building services, or a related field, and prior experience in BMS operations or facility management is highly beneficial.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and system manuals, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.Commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement, with the capacity to work shifts or extended hours as required by building operations.
