Building Management Systems Engineer

Key Requirements:Bachelor’s/B-Tech in Engineering or related field.Minimum 4 years in a supervisory role in BMS / Hard Services / FM..Strong experience in BMS Operation & Maintenance.Good knowledge of HVAC, Chillers, Pumps, Lighting, Fire Alarm & Firefighting systems.Experience in PPM, reactive maintenance, commissioning, snagging & DLP.Ability to lead and supervise a team of 12+ technicians.Strong leadership, problem-solving and client-service skills.Good command of English.
