This role is responsible for identifying and approaching prospective customers, managing existing client accounts, and promoting a range of building materials to meet customer needs. Day-to-day activities include conducting product presentations, preparing quotations, following up on inquiries, closing sales, and maintaining accurate sales records. The position also involves collaborating with colleagues to implement sales and marketing campaigns, gathering market intelligence, and providing feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience. The representative is expected to visit client locations, respond promptly to customer requests, and uphold the company’s standards of service and professionalism.QualificationsStrong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and colleagues.Proven Customer Service experience, with the ability to build relationships and handle inquiries and complaints professionally.Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.Experience in Sales & Marketing, including basic marketing activities, product promotion, and market research.Ability to deliver Training or product demonstrations to clients and internal teams when required.Knowledge of building materials or construction industry is an advantage.Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.Comfort working on-site in Accra, with readiness to visit client locations and work in the field as needed.Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar digital tools for reporting and communication.Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Construction, or a related field is preferred.
