The role involves actively selling building materials such as paint and other construction-related products to retail, wholesale, and project-based customers. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, providing product recommendations, preparing quotations, and processing orders. The Salesperson will maintain strong customer relationships, conduct follow-up calls, and handle in-person interactions to ensure a high level of service. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams on stock availability, assisting with displays or product promotions, and meeting sales targets while representing the company professionally.Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication abilities.Sales-oriented mindset with proven Sales experience, preferably in building materials or related products.Professional Phone Etiquette and ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.Product knowledge or experience with Paint and other building materials, with the ability to advise customers on suitable options.Basic understanding of trade or construction industry practices is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple customer requests.Proficiency in English; additional languages common in the region are a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, sales, or a related field is beneficial.
