Buisiness Analyst - Swift & ISO20022

Project Description:The WMI Core stream provides Core Banking capabilities across WM International locations, and works towards integration and synergies across WMI locations, driving capability-driven and modular platform strategy for Core Banking.We are seeking talented people, ready to work on agile banking transformation projects.Responsibilities:Engage with colleagues at all levels to meet business requirementsExperienced in gathering, defining and translating business needs into Business Requirements where IT teams can use for effective analysis and IT solution definition.Experience in managing requirements from initiation to closure by working with business stakeholders and technology delivery teams - End to End.Mandatory Skills Description:At least 6 to 8 years of Business Analysis experience.Business requirements grooming and translating them into suitable, cost-effective technology solutions for implementation.In-dept knowledge in wealth management - client reporting functional area: Asset, Cash, regulatory, tax reporting etc.Experience and sound knowledge about SWIFT MT and ISO20022 messages.Experience in Agile/scrum methodology, including defining a minimal viable product, and exposure to other software development methodologies.Strong analytical, problem solving skills with ability to gather, organize and analyze information with attention to detail & accuracy.Plan, communicate and perform acceptance testing including documenting traceability, agreement on entry and exit criteria, test strategy, coverage and test scenarios.Translating business needs into clear functional requirements.Nice-to-Have Skills Description:Agile MethodologyAI experience
