Role Description The Business Development Specialist – Events & Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for the agency’s events and marketing services, including prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up. The specialist will plan and support the execution of marketing and promotional events, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and revenue. The role also involves regular communication with stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the sales and delivery process.QualificationsUAE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST WITH PROVEN TRACK OF RESULTSMinimum 4-5 years of experience in the same fieldCandidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to assess opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client relationships, and represent the agency professionally.Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills and experience in business development or sales, ideally within events, advertising, or digital marketing sectors.Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and client requirements effectively.Relevant experience in events planning, marketing campaigns, or agency environments is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Proficiency with CRM tools, presentation software, and basic digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
