Bus Driver

Dussmann Ajlan & Bros is pleased to announce a new career opportunity for the position ofBus Driver, based in Saudi Arabia.Description:Responsible for safely transporting employees, staff, and authorized personnel between company facilities, project sites, accommodation areas, and other designated locations. Responsible for ensuring timely and reliable transportation services while complying with company policies, traffic regulations, and health, safety, and environmental standards.Responsible for conducting daily vehicle inspections, maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the assigned bus, and reporting any mechanical issues, accidents, or safety concerns to the concerned supervisor. Responsible for following assigned routes and schedules and ensuring a safe and comfortable transportation service for all passengers.Technical Knowledge:· Proficient in safe and defensive driving practices and familiar with Saudi traffic laws and regulations. Skilled in conducting daily vehicle inspections and identifying basic mechanical or safety issues. Knowledgeable in transportation procedures, route planning, vehicle safety requirements, and HSE standards. Able to maintain accurate records related to trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle inspections.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees, staff, and authorized personnel between company facilities, project sites, accommodation areas, and designated locations.
• Follow assigned transportation routes and schedules and ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in safe operating condition.
• Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the assigned vehicle and report maintenance requirements promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi traffic laws, company transportation procedures, and health and safety requirements.
• Ensure passengers follow transportation safety rules and assist passengers when necessary during boarding and exiting the vehicle.
• Maintain accurate records of daily trips, mileage, fuel consumption, vehicle inspections, and other transportation activities.
• Immediately report accidents, incidents, vehicle breakdowns, traffic violations, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with the Transportation or Facilities Management team regarding routes, schedules, and operational requirements.
• Ensure the vehicle is properly parked, secured, and maintained when not in use.
• Support transportation requirements during project mobilization, events, and other Facilities Management activities when required.
• Perform other transportation-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.Soft Skills Required:· Good communication and interpersonal skills, reliability and punctuality, responsibility and professionalism, time management, attention to detail, adaptability, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.Experience:· 2+ years of experience as a Bus Driver.·Required Experience: Previous experience in Facilities Management, transportation, construction, or similar industries is preferred. Experience transporting employees or large groups is an advantage.·Systems & Digital Tools: Basic knowledge of vehicle inspection and transportation record-keeping systems.Mandatory: Valid Saudi driving license (Bus Category) appropriate for the assigned bus category.Preferred: Basic knowledge of vehicle safety, maintenance, and defensive driving practices.Job Details:
