The Bus Driver is responsible for safely operating buses on scheduled routes and customized sightseeing tours, ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers. Daily tasks include conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, following designated routes and tour itineraries, and adhering to local traffic laws and company safety standards. The role also involves assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking, handling luggage when needed, and maintaining a clean, comfortable vehicle environment. The Bus Driver interacts with guests in a professional manner, provides basic information about routes or attractions when requested, and reports any incidents or maintenance needs to the operations team.Qualifications Strong bus and truck driving experience with a valid UAE or transferable equivalent commercial driving license.Proficiency in defensive driving techniques and adherence to safety protocols in urban and highway environments.Background in driver training or willingness to participate in ongoing training and certification programs.Demonstrated customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously with diverse passengers.Knowledge of Dubai and UAE road networks, traffic regulations, and basic vehicle maintenance checks.Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and remain punctual and reliable.Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or passenger transport is an advantage.Basic English communication skills; additional languages commonly spoken by visitors are a plus.
