We are looking for ambitious and passionate Emirati to join our Mahali team at noon. We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Business Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the Mahali program. This is an office-based role responsible for keeping the program running smoothly behind the scenes, from administration and scheduling to partner coordination, documentation, reporting, and internal support.You’ll work in helping ensure that program activities, partnerships, communications, and operational requirements are managed efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to take ownership of tasks from start to finish.What You’ll DoProvide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Mahali program team.Manage calendars, meetings, schedules, bookings, and internal coordination.Support the planning and administration of workshops, webinars, training sessions, onboarding days, and community activities.Coordinate with partners, suppliers, speakers, venues, and other stakeholders as required.Prepare documents, presentations, meeting notes, reports, trackers, and other program materials.Maintain accurate databases, contact lists, participant records, and program documentation.Ensure files, documents, contracts, and program records are organised and kept up to date.What You’ll NeedPreferred 2 - 4 years of experience in business administration, office administration, operations, or a similar role. (Not super important, but will be good to have)Strong organisational and time-management skills.Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to managing tasks.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, including Excel or Google Sheets.Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.Strong follow-through and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business where priorities can change quickly.Bonus If You HaveExperience supporting a program, startup, SME, education, community, or business development team.Experience coordinating events, workshops, training programs, or partner activations.Experience working with government entities, universities, chambers, SME organisations, or other ecosystem partners.Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting dashboards, project management tools, or database management.A genuine interest in supporting entrepreneurs, SMEs, and the growth of local businesses.Why Join Us?Mahali is building a platform that supports local businesses and entrepreneurs, and this role plays an important part in making that work happen every day.
