Team members contribute to impactful work at the intersection of AI, neuroscience, and healthcare innovation.Role Description The Business & Market Analyst Intern will support market and business intelligence activities in a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research on neurotechnology, AI in healthcare, and related sectors, analyzing industry trends, and preparing reports and presentations to inform strategic decisions. The intern will assist in evaluating market size, competitive landscape, and potential partnerships, as well as support financial and business modeling for new products and geographies. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to translate data into insights, contribute to go-to-market strategies, and help maintain up-to-date dashboards and documentation for leadership.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Market Analysis and Market Research skills, including the ability to gather, interpret, and synthesize data from multiple sources.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to perform trend analysis, benchmarking, and data-driven assessments of business opportunities.Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge, such as understanding basic financial metrics, business models, and investment considerations.Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including the ability to create structured reports, presentations, and briefings for internal stakeholders.Relevant qualifications include current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.Additional beneficial skills include proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation tools, familiarity with data visualization software, interest in healthcare and neurotechnology, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Market & competitor researchSpeaking with neurologists and healthcare professionalsIdentifying new business opportunitiesUnderstanding customer needs and hospital workflowsBuilding insights that directly shape NEMA’s growth strategyThis is a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn how a healthcare startup moves from clinical validation to commercial scale.
