Employment Type: Full-timeReporting To: PresidentTravel: Business travel with the President and to project locations, as requiredAbout the RoleWe are looking for a versatile, dependable, and hands-on professional to work closely with the President across business operations, executive support, and project implementation.

You will manage schedules, routine administrative tasks, follow-ups, documentation, and operational challenges while supporting admissions, HR, finance, sales & marketing , project , operations and technology adoption. The role spans the President ’s various businesses and initiatives and requires someone who can adapt to different teams, sectors, and priorities. This position suits someone who takes ownership, follows through consistently, handles confidential information with discretion, and is willing to learn, unlearn, and relearn.ResponsibilitiesPresident’s Office and Executive SupportManage the President’s calendar, meetings, schedules, reminders, and daily priorities.Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, track action items, and follow up until completion.Handle routine administrative tasks, correspondence, documentation, and record management.Coordinate with employees, vendors, consultants, and business partners on behalf of management.Handle sensitive management, employee, financial, and business information with strict confidentiality.Business Operations and Project ManagementExecute assigned projects across the management’s businesses, tracking timelines, responsibilities, deliverables, and progress.Identify operational problems, coordinate practical solutions, and escalate issues requiring management decisions.Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures, project documents, presentations, and management reports.Improve workflows and support consistent implementation of business processes.Take on varied assignments across functions, including detailed administrative work and on-site execution.Admissions, CRM, and CommunicationWork hands-on during admission seasons, supporting enquiry handling, applicant follow-ups, counselling coordination, documentation, and enrolment.Use and maintain CRM systems to ensure accurate records, timely communication, and effective tracking of the admissions pipeline.Help develop and execute communication strategies for prospective students, parents, partners, and other stakeholders.Coordinate calls, emails, messages, and campaigns with admissions, sales, and marketing teams.Monitor enquiry response times, follow-up completion, conversions, and admission targets, recommending improvements where needed.HR and Finance & Sales CoordinationSupport recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, and routine HR administration.Coordinate with finance teams on budgets, expenses, invoices, payments, and financial reporting.Coordinate with Sales & Marketing team to concise their reports and outcomes for management viewing.Conduct standup meetings with various departments to gather each of the departments progress of given tasks , KPIs and KRAs.Maintain accurate trackers and supporting records for HR, finance, and operational activities.Follow organisational policies and approval processes, working with relevant specialists when required.Excel, Reporting, and Data VisualizationUse Excel and advanced Excel to organise, analyse, and report business data.Create and maintain trackers, management reports, and dashboards for admissions, HR, finance, operations, and projects.Work confidently with PivotTables, lookup functions, conditional formulas, charts, and Power Query.Present clear data visualizations that help management monitor performance, identify trends, and make decisions.Check data accuracy and improve recurring reporting processes.ERP Implementation and Change ManagementCoordinate and support ERP and other business-system implementations, from requirements gathering and workflow documentation through testing and rollout.Work with vendors and internal teams on configuration, data preparation, migration, and issue resolution.Prepare user guides, coordinate training, and support employees in adopting new systems.Participate actively in change management initiatives across the management’s businesses.Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and follow through on improvements after implementation.Business Travel and Cross-Business SupportBe willing to travel with the President for business meetings, site visits, operational reviews, and project implementations.Travel independently to project locations when required.Support assignments across the mangement’s varied business interests, adapting to different sectors and operating environments.Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare relevant documents, and follow up on decisions and commitments arising from business visits.Provide hands-on support at project locations, working with local teams and partners to implement processes and resolve operational issues.QualificationsMBA from a recognised institution is mandatory.Required SkillsPrior professional experience in HR, Sales, or Operations.Working knowledge of HR processes, business operations, and basic finance.Strong practical proficiency in Excel and advanced Excel, including reporting, dashboards, and data visualization.Ability to use CRM platforms and learn ERP and other business applications.Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills , documentation, and coordination skills are non negotiable for this role.Ability to manage multiple priorities and take assignments through to completion.Professional judgment, reliability, and discretion when handling confidential information.Willingness to travel and work across the mangement’s various businesses and project locations.Preferred SkillsExperience in the education, training, or skill-development sector.Exposure to admissions, student engagement, sales processes, or lead conversion.Experience in ERP implementation, process improvement, or change management.Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.Experience working directly with founders, senior leaders, or management
