Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, management teams, and technical departments to understand business needs, define requirements, and develop effective solutions that align with organizational objectives.Key responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, evaluating existing workflows, identifying operational challenges, and recommending process improvements. The role also involves preparing business reports, conducting data analysis, developing process maps, defining functional specifications, and translating business needs into clear and actionable requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, supporting solution implementation, validating outcomes, and ensuring that proposed changes meet business expectations. The successful candidate will contribute to business planning, performance evaluation, risk identification, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining clear communication between business and technical teams.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.Strong understanding of business analysis principles, requirements gathering, and process improvement methodologies.Ability to analyze business data, identify trends, evaluate performance, and develop practical recommendations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.Understanding of business process mapping, workflow analysis, and functional documentation.Ability to prepare clear reports, presentations, business requirements documents, and analytical summaries.Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different departments.Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize information accurately, and maintain attention to detail.A proactive and analytical mindset with an interest in business optimization, digital transformation, and continuous improvement.
