Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions by analyzing requirements, business processes, and operational challenges. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, users, and technical teams to understand business objectives and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.Key responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements, facilitating discussions with stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation. The role will support the preparation of business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Responsibilities also include coordinating with development and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle, validating solutions against business requirements, supporting user acceptance testing, and ensuring effective communication between business and technical stakeholders.The role requires the ability to understand complex business processes, identify gaps and risks, propose practical solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.Strong understanding of business analysis principles, requirements gathering, and process improvement methodologies.Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications.Familiarity with tools and techniques such as process mapping, workflow analysis, user stories, use cases, and data analysis.Experience with documentation tools, Microsoft Office, project management platforms, or business analysis tools.Understanding of software development and testing processes, including SDLC and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities.Ability to work collaboratively with business users, developers, testers, and cross-functional teams.Proactive mindset with a strong focus on business value, process efficiency, and continuous improvement.
