This role will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, product managers, developers, and leadership teams to analyze business needs and translate them into practical, measurable solutions.🎯 Key Responsibilities• Conduct business analysis activities to identify organizational needs, challenges, and improvement opportunities.• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements.• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements analysis.• Develop business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.• Analyze existing business processes, workflows, systems, and operational procedures.• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.• Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, data flows, and business models.• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives, priorities, requirements, and expected outcomes.• Support solution evaluation and ensure proposed solutions align with business requirements.• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.• Support project planning, solution implementation, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review.• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions against approved requirements.• Maintain requirements traceability, documentation, change requests, and project records.• Develop business cases, impact assessments, feasibility analyses, and strategic recommendations.• Support process improvement, automation, digital transformation, and operational efficiency initiatives.• Monitor project and business performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.• Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and executive-level business analysis documentation.✅ Requirements• Proven experience in business analysis, systems analysis, process improvement, project management, or a related role.• Strong understanding of business analysis principles, requirements management, stakeholder analysis, and process modeling.• Experience with business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and UAT.• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.• Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Miro, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms is an advantage.• Understanding of software development lifecycles, system integration, APIs, databases, and enterprise applications is preferred.• Strong knowledge of process improvement and business transformation methodologies.• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable solutions.• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred.• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PMI-PBA, IIBA, Agile, Scrum, or other recognized Business Analysis certifications are an advantage.🌟 What We Offer• Opportunity to work on business analysis, technology, transformation, and process improvement initiatives.• Exposure to requirements management, stakeholder strategy, solution design, digital transformation, and business process optimization.• Opportunity to work directly with business leaders, project teams, product teams, and technical professionals.• Career progression into Senior Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Lead Business Analyst, Business Analysis Manager, Product Manager, Business Transformation Consultant, or Head of Business Analysis roles.• A collaborative, analytical, and technology-driven work environment.• Support for professional certifications, training, mentorship, and career development.• Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and comprehensive benefits package.
