Business Analysis ConsultantJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced Business Analysis Consultant with 8–10 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, requirements management, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating business requirements into effective solutions while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear and actionable functional requirements.Gather, document, validate, and manage business and system requirements.Conduct business process analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis.Identify opportunities to improve business processes, efficiency, and service quality.Develop business requirements documents, process flows, use cases, and user stories.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and define appropriate solutions.Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements.Support digital transformation and business improvement initiatives.Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.Analyze existing systems and processes and recommend enhancements.Support solution evaluation, testing, and user acceptance activities.Monitor requirements throughout the project lifecycle and ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions.Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.8–10 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis or a related field.Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.Experience working with business and technical stakeholders.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience with Business Process Modeling, Gap Analysis, and Requirements Management.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or similar platforms.Strong documentation and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a consulting environment.
