Business Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring projects are delivered with maximum value.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. - Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. - Develop detailed functional specifications and communicate them to development teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear understanding of project objectives. - Support project management teams in tracking progress and addressing issues. - Assist in creating test plans and validating system enhancements. - Produce clear and concise documentation and reports for stakeholders. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse teams. - Familiarity with business process modeling tools and methodologies. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. - Knowledge of the UAE market and business environment is a plus.
