You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that client needs are clearly understood and effectively implemented. Requirements and responsibilitiesGathering and analysing data and business requirementsDesigning and documenting functional specificationsSupporting solution implementation and configurationConducting expert testing and fine-tuning of the solutionTraining end users and supporting integration and UAT testingParticipating in the full project lifecycle, from discovery to deliveryCollaborating closely with global teams across the organization, including Sales, Customer Support, and other business unitsEngaging with R&D teams to provide feedback and insights that help shape and influence product strategy
