Business Analyst – AI & Automation

Every enterprise has different expense policies, approval processes, systems and audit rules.We're looking for a Business Analyst who can understand that complexity and translate it into clear requirements for our product and engineering teams.The RoleYou will work between customers and our technical team.You'll speak with finance and audit teams, understand their current processes, analyse policies and data, document requirements and help configure Controvia around real-world enterprise workflows.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how businesses actually operate and figuring out how technology can improve those processes.ResponsibilitiesProcess AnalysisUnderstand customers' expense and audit processes.Analyse policies, workflows and existing systems.Map current-state and future-state processes.Identify opportunities for AI and automation.RequirementsTranslate business requirements into clear functional specifications.Document rules, exceptions and workflows.Work with product and engineering teams to clarify requirements.Support testing and validation.Customer ImplementationParticipate in customer workshops.Analyse sample expense reports and supporting data.Help configure customer-specific audit rules.Support implementation and user acceptance testing.Product InsightsIdentify common requirements across customers.Help distinguish configurable requirements from new product features.Feed implementation learnings into the product roadmap.What We're Looking ForEssential2–5 years of Business Analyst, consulting, implementation or similar experience.Excellent analytical skills.Ability to understand complex processes.Strong documentation and communication.Comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders.Highly DesirableExperience with finance, expense management, audit, ERP or compliance processes.Experience implementing enterprise software.Understanding of AI or automation technologies.SQL or data-analysis skills.Success in This RoleYou will:Become an expert in our customers' expense-audit processes.Translate complex requirements into clear solutions.Make implementations faster and more structured.Identify patterns that improve the core product.Help bridge the gap between enterprise customers and our technical team.Why Join Us?You'll see directly how AI is applied to messy, real-world enterprise problems.You'll work across customers, product and engineering and have the opportunity to grow toward product management, solutions consulting or implementation leadership.
