We’re Hiring | Business Analyst - AI & Digital ProjectsHypermine AI is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team for an exciting client engagement in UAE.In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and AI teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective enterprise-grade AI and digital solutions.Location: UAEExperience: 5–7 yearsLanguages: Fluent in Arabic & EnglishFocus: AI, Digital Transformation & Enterprise ITKey ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.Understand business processes, identify pain points, and translate business demand into AI and digital solution requirements.Prepare high-quality BRDs, FSDs, functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and other standard project documentation.Work closely with technology, AI, data, and development teams throughout the solution lifecycle.Support UAT, test case preparation, validation, and defect clarification.Coordinate and conduct solution demos, walkthroughs, and presentations for business stakeholders.Support systems integration and large-scale enterprise IT projects.Participate in workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, gap analysis, and solution discussions.Clearly communicate complex AI concepts and technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.Manage multiple requirements and stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.Required Skills & Experience4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.Hands-on experience working on AI-driven projects, enterprise AI solutions, or digital transformation initiatives.Strong experience in business requirement gathering and stakeholder management.Excellent documentation skills with experience preparing BRD, FSD, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.Experience supporting testing, UAT, validation, and solution demonstrations.Strong understanding of enterprise software and systems integration projects.Excellent presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to bridge the gap between business, technology, and AI teams.Fluent Arabic and English is mandatory.What We’re Looking ForSomeone who can go beyond traditional business analysis - someone who understands AI, digital transformation, enterprise technology, and can confidently engage with stakeholders from requirement discovery through solution delivery.Join Hypermine AI and be part of the next generation of enterprise AI and digital transformation.#BusinessAnalyst #ArtificialIntelligence #EnterpriseAI #DigitalTransformation #Hyperminees #HypermineAI
