The role works closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors — covering processes from booking and acceptance through warehouse operations, shipment tracking, and delivery — and supports testing, integrations, and day-to-day system issues.Key Responsibilities• Gather and document business and system requirements from cargo stakeholders across operations.• Analyze and support cargo processes including booking, acceptance, warehouse operations, shipment tracking, and delivery.• Prepare requirement documents, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.• Participate in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), driving issue resolution through to closure.• Support system integrations and data analysis related to cargo operations.• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend technology solutions.• Provide production support and assist users with system-related issues.Required Technical Skills• 3–5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst on operational systems.• Hands-on air cargo/aviation domain experience is required, with an end-to-end understanding of cargo operations and workflows.• Working knowledge of the SkyChain cargo management system (or a comparable air cargo platform).• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills — BRDs, process flows, user stories, functional specifications.• Experience with system testing, UAT, and supporting system implementations.• Exposure to system integrations and operational data analysis.Candidate Profile• 3–5 years in business analysis with direct cargo/aviation exposure.• Confident stakeholder manager across business users, IT teams, and vendors.• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.• Service-minded — comfortable supporting production users in an onsite operational environment.
