Hi connections we are looking a business analyst with airline/aviation Domain or Air Cargo DomainNote: This is only for Dubai CandidatesBusiness Analyst – Air Cargo / SkyChain📍 Location: Dubai, UAE💼 Work Mode: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)👤 Experience: 5+ yearsRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Air Cargo/Aviation domain experience and hands-on knowledge of the SkyChain Cargo System. The candidate will work closely with cargo stakeholders, business users, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements, support cargo operations, testing, integrations, and production support.Key Responsibilities• Gather and document business and system requirements from cargo stakeholders.• Analyze end-to-end cargo processes including booking, acceptance, warehouse operations, shipment tracking, and delivery.• Prepare BRDs, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.• Work closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors.• Participate in system testing, UAT, and issue resolution.• Support system integrations and data analysis related to cargo operations.• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend technology solutions.• Provide production support and assist users with system-related issues.Mandatory Skills• 5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.• Strong Air Cargo / Aviation domain experience.• Hands-on knowledge of SkyChain Cargo System.• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.• Understanding of end-to-end cargo operations and workflows.• Experience in testing, documentation, and system implementations.• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Sent Resumes to vishnu.r@ampstek.com
