Business Analyst - Airlines Cargo

Job Title: Business Analyst – Cargo DomainExperience: 6+ YearsRequired Skills:Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.Strong experience in the Air Cargo/Cargo Handling domainFamiliarity with API integrations and system interfacesExpertise in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements.Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows.Good understanding of cargo operations, shipment lifecycle, warehouse handling, and logistics processes.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Knowledge of cargo management systems or airline cargo operations is preferred.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar BA tools.Ability to collaborate with business users, developers, QA, and product teams.
