Make it real | www.capgemini.comJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes to support regulatory compliance and financial crime transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Business stakeholders to deliver AML/KYC solutions across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and document business requirements for AML, KYC, CDD, EDD, transaction monitoring, and sanctions screening projects.Work with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams.Perform gap analysis and process improvement initiatives.Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and test scenarios.Support UAT, implementation, and production rollout.Ensure compliance with MAS regulations and internal AML policies.Required SkillsBusiness Analysis experience in banking or financial services.Strong knowledge of: AML (Anti-Money Laundering) KYC (Know Your Customer) CDD (Customer Due Diligence) EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence) Sanctions Screening Transaction MonitoringExperience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.Familiarity with MAS regulatory requirements and financial crime compliance.Choosing Capgemini means choosing a company where you will be empowered to shape your career in the way you’d like, where you’ll be supported and inspired by a collaborative community of colleagues around the world, and where you’ll be able to reimagine what’s possible.
