ABOUT THE ROLE The Business Analyst & IT Specialist exists to serve as the primary point of contact for IT operations within MESHKI and to drive forward key technology projects and improvements. Reporting to the Technology Manager, the role's main focus is to provide a seamless IT experience by managing our IT service provider, ensuring SLA compliance and completion of projects. The role also expands to support business analysis, process discovery, and actively finding opportunities for efficiency and automation across all teams within the business. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGServing as the primary liaison between MESHKI and external Managed Service ProvidersMonitoring IT support tickets, ensuring SLAs are met and escalations are handled promptlyActing as the go to person for internal staff regarding IT escalation issues, access requests, and hardware needsManaging user onboarding and offboarding processes from an IT perspectiveAssisting in planning, coordinating, and executing projects including system migrations, office setups, and process changesIdentifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for technological improvement across departmentsGathering and documenting business requirements for new software or automation initiativesDeveloping clear, user friendly guides, policies, and training materialsTracking and reporting on MSP performance metrics to the Technology Manager WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRINGProven technical experience, knowledge of IT operations, and proficiency in managing relationships with Managed Service ProvidersStrong business analysis skills, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and gather requirements for automationExceptional communication skills, with a bias for clarity and the ability to translate technical complexity into plain business languageA proactive, commercially minded approach to problem solving, always looking for practical, maintainable solutionsA collaborative and approachable attitude, fostering a culture where staff feel comfortable asking for helpFamiliarity with AI adoption and process efficiency initiatives is highly desirableStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Please be advised that we are not engaging recruitment agencies for this hire and will not consider any unsolicited resumes.
