Works closely with stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, API Designers, and development teams to ensure API products align with business goals, customer needs, regulatory requirements, and enterprise standards.Key ResponsibilitiesElicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.Analyze business processes, integration needs, and API opportunities.Define API use cases, business rules, data mappings, and service interactions.Create and maintain epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.Produce BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, integration documents, and data mapping artifacts.Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement validation, and cross-team alignment.Support SIT, UAT, and production readiness activities.Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and governance requirements.Your ProfileBachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of Business Analysis experience, including 3+ years in API, integration, or digital transformation initiatives.Experience in Agile delivery and banking/financial services environments.Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills.Preferred Domain Expertise Retail and Corporate Banking, Payments, Lending, Digital Channels, Open Banking, Cards, Treasury & Cash Management, and Regulatory Compliance.Technical Skills: API & Integration: REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, Microservices, Integration Patterns, Event-Driven Architecture.Tools: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, Miro, Postman, SwaggerHub.Data: SQL, Data Mapping, Data Modeling, Interface Specifications.Key Competencies Requirements Analysis, Process Improvement, Banking Domain Knowledge, Stakeholder Management, Data Analysis, Agile Delivery, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, and Communication.Preferred Certifications CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Business Analyst, Scrum, SAFe Business Analyst, or relevant Banking certifications.What you’ll like about working hereWe promote Diversity & Inclusion as we believe diversity of thought fuels excellence and innovation.In Capgemini, we enable people to be the architects of their career growth.
