Business Analyst/ Associate Consultant

The Role:We are seeking an ambitious and analytical Business Analyst to join our consulting team in Riyadh. As a Business Analyst, you'll work alongside experienced consultants to help clients address complex business challenges, identify opportunities, and develop practical, data-driven recommendations.

What You'll Do

• Structured Problem-Solving: Break down complex business challenges using hypothesis-driven thinking, structured analysis and logical reasoning to identify practical solutions
• Market & Industry Research: Conduct market assessments, competitor benchmarking, industry research, and market sizing to support strategic recommendations.
• Data Analysis & Financial Modelling: Gather, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data; support the development of financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses.
• Client Deliverables: Translate analytical findings into clear insights, compelling PowerPoint presentations, and actionable recommendations for clients.
• Project Execution: Take ownership of assigned analyses and deliverables, working closely with project teams to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
• Client Collaboration: Participate in client meetings, workshops, and discussions, supporting stakeholder engagement and communicating findings effectively.
• Implementation Support: Assist project teams in translating strategic recommendations into practical implementation plans, performance measures, and actionable initiatives.Qualification and experience:
• Saudi nationality is required
• Bachelor's or master's degree required, with 0-1 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams, fostering an inclusive environment.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute effectively to workstreams within larger consulting projects.
• Confidence and adaptability in handling complex, dynamic situations and changing priorities.
• Advanced analytical skills, with a focus on quantitative problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong critical thinking skills for assessing information, making data-driven decisions, and developing innovative solutions.
