Business Analyst – Backoffice Product

Hiring for a Leading Stock Broking companyPosition - Senior Manager /Business Analyst - Backoffice ProductJob location - NoidaExperience - 8 to 10 yearsProfile OverviewOwn product management of Trading Backoffice applications handling Trade Processing, Contract Notes, Funds, Holdings, Ledger, Reports, DP and Regulatory processes. The candidate will manage settlements, corporate actions, margin reporting, payout processes and ensure seamless integration with OMS, RMS and Exchange systems. Key responsibilities

• Product ownership of Back office platform
• Manage developments related to settlements and trade processing lifecycle
• Manage developments related to margin reporting and payout processes
• Own development related to client ledger and funds management
• Drive reports & statements generation
• Ensure regulatory reporting compliance
• Integration with OMS, RMS and Exchange
• Coordinate with Operations and Compliance teams
• Manage DP operations and related workflows Key Attributes
• The candidate must have strong exposure to Broking Backoffice operations with deep understanding of settlement lifecycle, DP operations and margin processes
• Strong knowledge of Exchange reporting and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated ability to work successfully on large, cross-functional projects
• Problem solving skills evidenced by demonstrated results in past positions
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple/detail-oriented tasks

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Qualification and ExperienceMBA/ BBA/ BCOM/ B.E./B.Tech/MCA (Mandatory) 8–10 years of experience in Product Management (Mandatory) Strong broking backoffice knowledge (Mandatory) Knowledge of settlement lifecycle and DP operations (Mandatory) Experience with margin processes and Exchange reporting (Mandatory) SQL knowledge (Mandatory) Experience with trading platforms or similar back-office products (Preferred) Knowledge of DP systems and NSDL/CDSL (Preferred)
