You’ll work closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements, design processes, and support the implementation of cutting-edge banking systems.Key Responsibilities Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for complex banking technology initiatives.Produce and maintain key project deliverables, including BRDs, Functional Requirements, Process Flows, User Stories and Gap Analyses.Facilitate workshops and discussions with senior stakeholders across Product, Credit, Risk, Operations, Legal, Compliance and Technology teams to drive alignment and decision-making.Working closely with IT teams, architects, and external vendors to ensure seamless and timely delivery of technology solutions.Supporting testing cycles, including test case review, UAT coordination, and quality assurance activities.Contributing to change management and user enablement, including training materials and workshops.Monitoring project milestones, identify risks or dependencies, and provide structured progress updates to stakeholders and management.Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the definition of target operating models and customer journeys.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking, financial services, or technology consulting.Good knowledge in at least one of the following areas: core banking systems, digital banking channels, or workflow/automation platforms (e.g., Appian, BPM solutions, integration technologies).Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, able to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
