Business Analyst – Banking BPR (Loan / Remittance & Trade / KYC)

With a global presence and over 9000 employees worldwide we aim to be the transformation partner of choice for all of our clients.Key Responsibilities:Conduct process discovery and document current-state (As-Is) business processes.Analyze operational pain points, bottlenecks, and process inefficiencies.Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.Prepare BRDs, process flows, business rules, and related project documentation.Collaborate with business and solution teams to clarify requirements and resolve gaps.Review solution designs to ensure alignment with business needs.Maintain requirement traceability and assess change request impacts.Support UAT planning, test case reviews, test execution, and defect resolution.Develop SOPs, user guides, and process documentation.Support user training, business readiness, and solution adoption activities.Track process improvements and benefits realization following implementation.Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to support successful project delivery.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Consultant, Business Transformation Consultant, or similar role.Experience within the Banking or Financial Services industry.Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping capabilities.Proven experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and business requirement discussions.Experience preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flows, and business process documentation.Hands-on experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect management.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with strong English proficiency.Knowledge of banking products and processes, including Loans, Trade Finance, Remittance, and KYC.Experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR), process optimization, or transformation initiatives.Exposure to automation, digital transformation, or process improvement projects.Ability to work effectively with both business and technology stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities concurrently.Understanding of Power Platform, Power Apps, workflow automation, AI, or OCR solutions will be an added advantage.Why Join UsAt ABeam Consulting, we place a strong emphasis on collaboration, and helping our employees grow and develop their skills, offering a supportive and empowering work environment.
