Our Return-to-Work Program is designed to support professionals transitioning back into the workforce and exploring exciting full-time career opportunities.Title: Business Analyst (Banking/Finance) – Full-TimeWhat We’re Looking For:Business Analyst in the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) domain, specializing in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Investment Banking, AML/KYC, or Capital Markets.Experience in business requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation, translating business needs into functional and technical specifications.Expertise in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, and Process Flow Diagrams.Understanding of Banking and Financial Services operations, including account management, customer onboarding, financial transactions, investment products, and regulatory requirements.Experience in Wealth Management and Asset Management, including portfolio management, investment products, asset allocation, performance reporting, and client relationship workflows.Knowledge of Investment Banking and Capital Markets, including trade lifecycle, equities, fixed income, derivatives, settlements, securities, and post-trade processing.Experience with AML/KYC processes, including customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and regulatory compliance.Strong hands-on experience with SQL, data analysis, data mapping, reconciliation, and reporting to validate financial data and support business decisions.Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), preparing test scenarios, validating test results, tracking defects, and collaborating with QA and development teams.Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stakeholder meetings, requirement prioritization, and collaboration with Product Owners.Experience using business analysis and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, technology, compliance, and operations teams.📢Please reach me at 732-348-5149 or you can send me your updated resume at javeed@ptcit.com📢 Next Steps:- I apologize in advance if there is a delay in my response.
