Job Code: 6298Job Title: Business Analyst Business Banking(Subject Matter Expert)Location: Abu DhabiExperience: 6+ yearsContract: 1 yearClient: BankRole PurposeThe Senior Business Analyst will act as a Business Banking Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements across Business Banking products and services. The role requires deep understanding of customer onboarding, account maintenance, while working closely with Product, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & RequirementsElicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.Conduct requirement workshops with business and operations teams.Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.Business Banking Expertise Lead initiatives related to:Customer Onboarding & KYCAccount MaintenanceCustomer Due Diligence (CDD)Cash ManagementStakeholder ManagementWork closely with Product Owners, Business Users, Compliance, Risk, Operations and IT teams.Facilitate workshops and requirement walkthrough sessions.Manage requirement change requests and impact assessments.Testing & DeliverySupport SIT and UAT activities.Prepare test scenarios and business validation scripts.Participate in production readiness and post-implementation support.Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of Business Analysis experience.Minimum 3 years in Business Banking, SME Banking, or Corporate Banking.Strong understanding of Banking Operations and Regulatory requirements.Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery models.Knowledge of:KYC & AMLFATCA / CRSBusiness Account OpeningCorporate Customer ServicingExperience with Jira, Confluence, Visio/Draw.io.Preferred QualificationsCBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Certification.Banking experience within UAE/GCC market preferred.
