We’re Hiring | Business Analyst – Business Banking 🚨Role: Business Analyst – Business BankingLocation: Dubai, UAEExperience: 7+ YearsIndustry: Banking / FinTechKey Responsibilities:• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new features and enhancements in Business Banking.• Work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Developers, and QA teams.• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.• Support wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys.• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking.• Ensure alignment with UAE Central Bank regulations and data privacy requirements.• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.What We’re Looking For:✅ 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking/FinTech✅ Strong understanding of Business Banking✅ 5+ years of experience in BPM (Business Process Management)✅ Experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence & MS Visio✅ Understanding of mobile app development lifecycle and UX principles✅ Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills✅ UAE banking experience is highly preferred
