Business Analyst - Business Process (DUBAI)

I’m currently looking for a Business Analyst (Business Process) to support a major business transformation program with a Dubai-based client.📍 Location: Emirates Towers, Dubai🏢 Working model: Hybrid🗣️ Language: English🤖 AI/Automation experience: Nice to have, but not mandatoryAbout the RoleThe Business Analyst will support the assessment, redesign and improvement of internal business processes across areas such as Procurement, Finance, HR and other corporate functions.You’ll work closely with process owners and SMEs to understand current ways of working, identify pain points and gaps, and help design improved future-state processes.Key responsibilities include:Conduct stakeholder interviews and process workshopsDocument as-is processes and process flows using BPMN and RACIAnalyse pain points, gaps and opportunities for improvementHelp define to-be and net-new processesIdentify opportunities for process simplification, AI and automationPrioritize recommendations and quick winsValidate process designs with stakeholders and SMEsPerform quality assurance across process documentation and outputsSupport the development of reusable process standards, governance and continuous improvement practicesWork alongside the existing PwC team supporting the programmeWhat We’re Looking ForStrong experience as a Business Analyst / Business Process AnalystHands-on experience with business process mapping, analysis and redesignExperience documenting current-state and future-state processesStrong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skillsExperience working with process owners and business SMEsGood understanding of BPMN, RACI and process documentationExperience identifying process gaps, inefficiencies and improvement opportunitiesExposure to automation, AI or digital transformation is a plusStrong English communication skills
