Job Description – Business Analyst (Cargo Airline – API & Technical)Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia / India (Remote)Employment Type: Full-TimeExperience: 6+ Years Domain: Cargo Airline / AviationRole OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with experience in Cargo Airline operations and strong API/integration knowledge. The successful candidate will bridge business and technical teams, define functional and integration requirements, and support the delivery of scalable airline cargo solutions.Key Responsibilities• Gather and document business, functional and technical requirements.• Analyze existing cargo airline processes and recommend improvements.• Work closely with architects and developers on API integrations and system interfaces.• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, API specifications and workflow diagrams.• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for successful project delivery.• Support SIT, UAT and production deployment activities.• Validate API responses and integration scenarios.• Ensure traceability from requirements through delivery.Required Skills• Strong Business Analysis experience in Cargo Airline domain.• Mandatory hands-on understanding of REST APIs, JSON and system integrations.• Ability to read API documentation and collaborate with technical teams.• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Swagger/Postman or similar tools.• Excellent documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC.Preferred Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.• Exposure to airline cargo systems and integration platforms.• Experience working with enterprise applications and microservices is a plus.Why Join?Be part of strategic airline digital transformation initiatives involving modern integration platforms and enterprise-scale cargo systems.
