Business Analyst - Cargo Domain

Strong knowledge of the Aviation and Air Cargo domain.Hands-on experience with Air Cargo systems such as SkyChain, iCargo, Cargospot, and Croamis.Experience in Product Ownership, including managing product backlogs, prioritizing requirements, and defining roadmaps.Strong Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.Ability to work closely with business users, operations teams, vendors, and IT teams to ensure successful delivery.Experience working in Agile environments, including user story creation, sprint planning, UAT, and release management.Understanding of system integrations involving APIs and interfaces with customs, ERP, finance, and warehouse systems.Experience in data analysis and reporting, including KPI tracking and performance monitoring to support business decisions.Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
