Business Analyst – Cash Management Platform

About the RoleAs a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into technology solutions for Cash Management Platform (CMP) initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Corporate Banking, Operations, IT teams, and technology vendors to deliver innovative cash management solutions across payments, collections, liquidity management, and digital banking channels.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & RequirementsGather, analyze, and document business requirements from Corporate Banking, Operations, and Product teams.Analyze current business processes and recommend optimized future-state solutions.Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), process flows, and user stories.Support business process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.Cash Management PlatformWork across key cash management modules including:Corporate Digital Banking ChannelsAccount ServicesPayments (Domestic: FTS, NPSS, IPP | Cross-border: SWIFT, Remittance | WPS, Card & Utility Payments)Collections & ReceivablesDirect DebitRemote Cheque ScanningPost-Dated Cheque (PDC) ManagementVirtual AccountsLiquidity ManagementRemote Cheque PrintingHost-to-Host (H2H) IntegrationSWIFT FileActAPI-based IntegrationsStakeholder ManagementAct as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors.Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution walkthroughs.Facilitate discussions and ensure alignment across stakeholders.Testing & ImplementationPrepare test scenarios and test cases.Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Track and resolve defects in collaboration with technical teams.Support implementation, go-live activities, end-user training, and post-production support.Required Skills & Experience8–10 years of experience in the banking industry.Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Cash Management Platforms.Strong knowledge of Corporate Banking and Cash Management operations.Experience with one or more leading CMP solutions such as Intellect, Oracle, Infosys, or AurionPro.Strong understanding of:API Integrations (REST/SOAP)XML, ISO 20022, CSV file formatsData Mapping and Interface SpecificationsPayments and Collections ecosystemExcellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in preparing BRDs, FSDs, process maps, and user stories.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.Preferred Candidate ProfilePrior experience working with a UAE bank is mandatory.Strong understanding of UAE banking regulations and payment systems.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.If you have the required UAE banking and Technical Cash Management Platform experience and are looking to advance your career with a leading financial institution, we'd love to hear from you.Apply now or reach out to Recruvion to learn more about this opportunity.
