Business Analyst

Role OverviewWe are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions by gathering, analyzing, and translating requirements into actionable deliverables. You will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver efficient, scalable, and business-aligned solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder engagementDocument requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria)Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvementsTranslate business needs into clear functional/technical specificationsCollaborate with development teams to ensure proper implementationSupport Agile activities (backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT)Model business processes and workflows using standard toolsEnsure alignment between business objectives and delivered solutionsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field5–8 years of experience in Business AnalysisStrong experience in requirements gathering & documentationKnowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile / Waterfall)Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similarStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsLocation: UAE - Abu DhabiExperience: 5–7 years
