Business Analyst, AI and Prompt Engineering | Utrecht | 36hrs | PayrollWe are working with a leading financial services organisation in the Netherlands on an exciting assignment for a hands-on Business Analyst with a strong interest in AI and prompt engineering.The use cases are already validated. Your job is to take them from exploration into build, test, and production readiness.What you will be doingYou will sit at the intersection of business, technology, and risk/compliance, working across teams to ensure that AI-driven solutions are mature, documented, and ready for adoption.Day to day this means developing and refining prompts, translating validated concepts into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria, facilitating stakeholder workshops, supporting UAT, and producing governance documentation covering model governance, Responsible AI, compliance, and data privacy.What we are looking for5+ years as a Business Analyst in IT or data-driven environmentsHands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, or prompt-based solutionsStrong requirements engineering and process design skillsExperience working with risk, compliance, and architecture stakeholdersFamiliarity with Responsible AI principles and model governance frameworksComfortable working in English in an international environment (Dutch is a strong plus)Based in the NetherlandsThe details
