Business Analyst

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry, preferably within the Credit Risk domain. Hands-on experience in data management with exposure to data governance practices and frameworks. Familiarity with data governance tools such as Collibra, including support for metadata management and data cataloging activities. Basic understanding of data quality management, including monitoring, analysis, and resolution of data issues in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders. Strong IT aptitude with experience working closely with Technical Developers, IT teams, and Solution Architects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong analytical and conceptual understanding of data structures, databases, data warehouses, and SQL. Ability to effectively present solutions and produce clear, structured documentation. Experience supporting data definitions, business glossaries, metadata documentation, and data governance initiatives.
