Business Analyst

We're hiring a Business/Data Analyst to join a growing healthcare organisation that's investing heavily in data and analytics. This is a business-facing role where you'll work closely with stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights and support better decision-making.What you'll be doing:Build and optimize Power BI dashboards and management reportsAnalyze financial and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesPartner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into data solutionsSupport process optimization through data-driven insightsCollaborate with IT on data models, sources, and reporting improvements20% Technical tasks/80% collaborating with stakeholders and driving business improvementsWhat we're looking for:3+ years' experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or ReportingStrong experience with Power BI and SQLExperience developing KPI dashboards and performance reportsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsProactive, analytical, and commercially mindedFluent in Dutch and EnglishLocation: Utrecht (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
