Business Analyst

Are you a Functional Tester / Business Analyst with experience in data mapping, data quality, functional testing and the Dutch mortgage domain?For a large financial organization in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Functional Tester & Business Analyst / Business Analyst III to join Project Morse — a data mapping and governance project within the mortgage landscape.This project has two main objectivesTesting approximately 300 data quality rulesExecuting a detailed data mapping exercise across mortgage-related attributesThe assignment is focused on ensuring that data quality rules are properly tested, delivered and aligned with stakeholder requirements. In addition, you will contribute to the mapping of around 700 attributes in the Mortgages Integration Layer, helping to ensure that data flows correctly between source systems, migration logic and downstream systems.In this role, you will combine testing, analysis and stakeholder coordination. You will perform complex analyses to determine the scope and impact of potential data quality issues, support data modeling challenges and contribute to shaping post-migration processing. A strong understanding of system interactions within the mortgage domain is important, especially for thorough end-to-end testing.Your responsibilities will include:Testing data quality rules and mortgage-related attributesDrafting and executing functional acceptance testsCoordinating end-to-end integration testingSupporting customer acceptance testingPerforming weekly data mapping and data modeling analysesAnalysing potential data quality issues in source systemsContributing to migration logic designAligning requirements with internal and external stakeholdersSupporting Agile teams with test data creationPreparing work instructions and supporting team membersContributing to improvements in existing and new functionalitiesWe are looking for someone who can operate as a true bridge between business, IT, data and testing. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a structured way of working and the ability to understand complex data flows within the mortgage domain.Fluency in Dutch is required, as the project involves Dutch mortgage processes and a significant amount of Dutch-language documentation.
