Business Analyst

## We are looking for candidates who hold their own valid UAE visa.Our client is an IT and Technology company based out in UAE.We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (3-month contract) to support an enterprise-wide business and data discovery initiative. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and internal technology teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, identify data sources, and support solution development by providing clear and structured functional inputs.This is a functional Business Analysis role and does not involve software development or technical implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with business stakeholders to understand current processes and business needs.Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions.Document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.Identify, document, and catalogue business data sources and data owners.Analyse existing business processes and document current-state workflows.Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows.Work closely with internal IT and project teams to clarify business requirements.Assist in validating requirements and maintaining requirements traceability.Support testing activities, including requirement validation and user acceptance testing where required.Maintain project documentation, issue logs, action trackers, and status updates.Required SkillsStrong experience in business requirements gathering and documentation.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience conducting workshops and business interviews.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience documenting business processes and workflows.Ability to analyse business data and identify information sources.Experience working within enterprise transformation or system implementation projects.Strong documentation and reporting skills.Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional project teams.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Preferred Technical KnowledgeExposure to one or more of the following would be advantageous:Enterprise applications (ERP preferably SAP)Data mapping and information analysisAPI-enabled integration projects (functional/business perspective)
