Business AnalystWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support our product team in delivering high-value digital solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, improve business processes, support testing, investigate data issues, and ensure successful product delivery and adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyse, and document business requirements.Translate business needs into clear product features and user stories.Support Product Owners with feature prioritisation.Analyse and improve business processes, documenting current and future-state workflows.Perform integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Support incident management, technical configurations, and standby activities.Investigate data and integration issues, including API-related processes.Build strong relationships with stakeholders across international teams.Essential Skills & Experience5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.Strong SQL skills with experience analysing data.Understanding of APIs and system integrations.Experience producing clear business and functional documentation.Requirements gathering and stakeholder management experience.Integration testing and UAT experience.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach.Fluent English communication skills.Preferred SkillsDutch language skills (preferred but not essential).Experience with business process modelling.Experience supporting product teams in Agile environments.Experience with incident management and application support.Ability to work effectively with distributed international teams.
